Broad-leaved Helleborine.
These are the most common of the Dorset Helleborines, and can be found in mixed woodland on a variety of soils. Late July and early August is the time to look for them, but they can be hard to find as they do like to stay in the shade. I found these in Weymouth, near the local Safeway store
