Leopard Marsh orchid; Ssp."praetermissa. var. junialis" is a variety of Southern Marsh, but it is quite consistent in that it has the "Leopard" rings on its leaves. It seems to like the water meadow type habitat and can be seen at Winkton Water Meadows on the border with Hampshire.This example dosent have the heavy and dark flower markings genarally associated with this variety.
